Lofts project under construction in Chesterfield Village

Construction work has begun in Chesterfield Village where a lofts and office development is slated to wrap up next year.

The foundation has been poured and steelwork is underway at 2208 W. Chesterfield Blvd., where Mike Fusek of Sperry Van Ness Rankin Co. is marketing Chesterfield Lofts, according to a listing on his website.

Both Fusek, who is listed as the organizer of Chesterfield Lofts LLC on the Missouri secretary of state's website, and Steve Monsanto of Build LLC, which has signs in front of the development, declined to comment.

According to Fusek's property listing, the four-story, 51,000-square-foot Chesterfield Lofts project would include first-floor space for office or retail tenants, as well as multifamily apartments.

The development is being built on previously vacant land between restaurant Schultz & Dooley's and law firm Roberts & Easley PC.[[In-content Ad]]
