ViaTech Publishing building sells

The former home of ViaTech Publishing Solutions Inc. has sold after nearly a year on the market.

D&H Missouri LLC, the New York-based former owner of the 103,000-square-foot property, transferred the property deed to CCMC Properties LLC on April 23, according to Greene County recorder records.

CCMC Properties was organized in March 2013 by Coby Cullins, of Rogersville, owner of Springfield-based OSHA compliance and safety training firm National Safety Compliance Inc., 509 S. Cavalier Ave., according to Missouri secretary of state filings. Cullins was unavailable for comment by deadline.

The ViaTech facility, 424 N. Cedarbrook Ave., was listed for sale last year at $3.5 million by R.B. Murray Co. broker Dave Murray, according to Springfield Business Journal archives.

Ross Murray of R.B. Murray declined to provide details about the sale, but noted he expected the Cedarbrook property to remain zoned as industrial.

Bay Shore, N.Y.-based ViaTech began closing the Springfield facility after the July 2013 purchase of Etheridge Printing Co. in Dallas, and it began transitioning some of the roughly 120 Queen City workforce to the Texas market. In the June 2014 SBJ article, “ViaTech building listed as firm exits Springfield market,” Murray said the building would be ready for occupancy by September. ViaTech had operated in the property since 1996.[[In-content Ad]]
