HCW Realty agrees to market Table Rock Lake development
SBJ Staff

Branson commercial developer HCW Development's real estate arm is expanding its presence in the Table Rock Lake market with an agreement announced Wednesday.

The realty division of HCW Development, which built Branson Landing and Branson Hills, has entered into a sales and marketing agreement with Branson West-based Steed Communities Inc., developer of the Pinnacle Shores gated home development in Kimberling City.

The development is located at the junction of state highways 13 and RB, about a half-mile from the Army Corps of Engineers' Mill Creek Marina recreational facility, which is scheduled to reopen this spring.

According to a news release, 95 percent of the 90 lots at Pinnacle Shores have either lake-front access or lake views, and the property includes community docks and a clubhouse with a pool, exercise facility and community gathering space.

“(HCW Realty) has been looking for a significant Table Rock Lake development to promote and sell, and we have found it in Pinnacle Shores,” Robert Allen, HCW Realty vice president of sales and marketing, said in the release. “SCI and HCW ... share the same enthusiasm in their commitment to preserving and accentuating the natural beauty and characteristics of the communities in which they develop."

Lots in the Pinnacle Shores development range from $45,000 to $250,000, according to previous Springfield Business Journal coverage. Roughly a third of the lots have been sold, according to the developer's Web site.
