Meet the Judges

Wayne E. Dipper is a member of KPM Technology LLC, managing day-to-day operations and business development for the information technology company. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Missouri State University. He is a 2009 40 Under 40 honoree and a member of Leadership Springfield Class XXIII, and he also serves as an advisory board member of Boys & Girls Town.

Don Harkey is owner of Galt Consulting, which he founded to help businesses through strategic planning, organizational assessments, training and public speaking. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Nebraska and also works as a project manager at Springfield-based consulting engineering firm ESC Inc. He is a 2009 40 Under 40 honoree.

Alina Lehnert is assistant professor of organizational leadership at Evangel University. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational leadership with an emphasis on human resource development from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va., and is a leadership coach trainer and licensed professional counselor. A 2009 40 Under 40 honoree, Lehnert is a recipient of the Gallup Organization StrengthsQuest Architect Award.

Stephanie Lutes is development director of Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, which provides financial support to women and families affected by breast cancer. Lutes, who holds a master’s degree from Drury University, serves as an adjunct teacher at Missouri State University and University of Phoenix. She is a 2009 40 Under 40 honoree and president of the Association for Fundraising Professionals.

Jason Steingraber is principal of Bowerman Elementary School and a 2009 40 Under 40 honoree. Beginning with the 2010-11 school year, he will be principal of Wilder Elementary School. He has a master’s degree in elementary education administration from Missouri State University and anticipates completing his doctorate in educational leadership and policy analysis from the University of Missouri later this year.[[In-content Ad]]
