Mary Collins, work at French’s Food Co., and Wray Collins said he has experience in restaurants and sales but has worked as a mail carrier the past two years. The Collinses funded their Turbo Fire Pizza venture with a $220,000 U.S. Small Business Administration-backed loan through Simmons Bank, he said. The 11.5-inch by 5.5-inch oblong personal pizzas start at $5.25 and unlimited toppings run $7.25. The family signed a lease for 1,900 square feet at $14 per square foot, said Collins, who is maintaining hours with the post office while the store gets off the ground. The restaurant, which also serves pasta, wings, salads and grinder sandwiches, seats 49 and employs 15, he said.

Nearly two years after the death of PCnet LLC co-founder Greg Clift, longtime employee
Marty Roach bought the information technology firm March 23 from the Clift Family Trust. Roach, who stepped into the president’s role after Clift died of cancer in November 2015, declined to disclose terms of the deal, which included sister company 85under, a cloud hosting firm. The companies have 22 employees combined operating from 2026 E. Phelps St., which is leased from the Clift family. Services include IT management and consulting, disaster recovery and backups, email virus and spam filtering, and telecommunications. According to its website, the company works with data centers in Springfield and Little Rock, Arkansas. Officials this month informed an undisclosed number of clients of the change. Roach has worked with the 30-year-old company for 17 years, mostly as a systems analyst and vice president. Clift co-founded PCnet in 1987 with his parents.

Bank of Sullivan
Almost two years after entering the Springfield market, Bank of Sullivan relocated May 8 to a building triple in size at 2655 S. Campbell Ave. The banking company signed a lease for undisclosed terms for a former First Home Bank branch, which moved last year. The new Bank of Sullivan is less than two miles from its first Queen City site, 3961 S. Campbell Ave.
Jeff Brown, the bank’s executive regional manager covering the western part of Missouri, said growth in commercial loans and deposit accounts prompted the move, which cost $40,000 for a new ATM, signage and paint work. Brown said Bank of Sullivan employs seven at the branch, with plans to hire more, and it has loans and deposits each exceeding $20 million. Based in Sullivan – on Interstate 44 between Rolla and St. Louis – the bank also operates a branch in Pleasant Hope.
