Bill Lynch opened Ozark Mountain Yoga on July 15 at 1110 E. Republic Road, Ste. 108-A, in the Green Circle Shopping Center. Lynch, who holds a master’s in education from the University of Missouri and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through the nonprofit Yoga Alliance, said the studio offers classes for beginners through seasoned teachers. As a registered school through the Yoga Alliance, Ozark Mountain Yoga offers teacher training at the 200- and 300-hour levels, which can be combined into a 500-hour level course, Lynch said. Yoga classes range from $15 a session for walk-ins up to $140 per month for couples on an automatic renewal payment plan. The yoga teacher-training course costs $2,350. The studio employs three professional instructors.

Emily Kembell, a former shareholder of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown PC. With two other employees, a paralegal and legal secretary/receptionist, Kirkland Woods & Martinsen’s Springfield entry at 3230 E. Ridgeview St. marks the third office for the company, which operates in Overland Park, Kan., and Liberty. The firm specializes in estate planning, trust and estate administration, transfer tax planning, charitable giving and business succession planning. Kirkland Woods & Martinsen signed a five-year lease for undisclosed terms with Jared Enterprises Inc. at Ridgeview Office Suites, said Kembell, who serves as of counsel in the firm. Kirkland Woods & Martinsen employs 25 firmwide.

Kaylyn Bender said Market Fresh Produce-branded tomatoes, avocados, peppers, potatoes and onions are sent to retailers, restaurants, schools and food distributors nationwide. Mike Kemp said the private company has recorded annual sales growth the past decade, but officials no longer disclose financials. He said Market Fresh Produce signed a lease for the 7,420-square-foot building, which at one time was occupied by consulting firm Dealerlinx LLC. Bender said Market Fresh Produce employs 80 between the three sites.
