NForm Architecture LLC hired Kori Hedges as office administrator and JR McClelland as a project associate. Hedges has 22 years of administrative and business experience, and McClelland has a master’s in architecture from Drury University.

College of the Ozarks President Jerry Davis received the 2017 Burr Gibson Lifetime Achievement Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. One of six distinguished service awards presented by CASE each year, it recognizes Davis’ impact in the field of institutional advancement during his 40-year career as a college president.

Banking & Finance
Central Trust Co. hired Patty Johns as vice president and relationship manager at its Springfield location. She has 11 years of experience as a trust officer, most recently at Simmons Wealth Management/Trust Co. of the Ozarks.

Barker-Phillips-Jackson Inc. won the Marsh, Berry & Co. Inc. 2017 Agency Peak Performance Exchange Pinnacle Award. It recognizes the highest performance measured by MarshBerry’s financial and productivity benchmarking system Perspectives for High Performance.

U.S. Bank promoted Lelia Voss to community market president and Debra Yeager to business banking team lead. Voss was a commercial team lead, and Yeager worked as a business banking relationship manager.

Economic Development
Gail Noggle
, Bolivar’s director of economic development, was appointed executive director of the Bolivar Industrial Development Authority. She has 20 years of economic and community development experience and has worked for the city of Bolivar since 2016.

Health Care
Mercy family physician Dr. David Barbe was sworn in as the 172nd president of the American Medical Association in Chicago. He will focus his tenure on advancing the AMA’s strategy to improve the health of Americans with prediabetes and hypertension, accelerating change in medical education and enhancing physician satisfaction. Barbe has practiced family medicine in Mountain Grove for three decades.

Dan Tenney
, a collection manager for Evans & Green LLP, was designated as a certified commercial collector by the International Association of Commercial Collectors.

Marketing
Big Whiskey’s Franchising LLC hired Laura Head Elliott as director of marketing. Having previously worked for Big Whiskey’s as a marketing coordinator, 2008-2014, she’s now tasked with advancing marketing efforts for existing stores and the developing regional and national franchise markets.

Nonprofit
Ozarks Food Harvest
upheld its food safety certification from the American Institute of Baking International. AIB inspects applicants for sanitary working conditions and proper food handling training for employees and volunteers. Ozarks Food Harvest first received the certification in 2012, becoming only the sixth Feeding America food bank certified out of 200 at the time.

Sales
Reno LLC
received the Outstanding Franchise Award at the Complete Weddings + Events’ 2017 annual franchise owners and managers meeting in Omaha, Nebraska. The Springfield franchisee also made the 300 Club, recognizing 2016 sales over $300,000, and won the Sales Increase Award for annual revenue growth exceeding 15 percent.

Westfall Co. Inc. hired Rick Todd as an outside salesperson for the Springfield area. He has 35 years of experience in sales and as a professional engineer.
