BKD LLP ranked 12th on Inside Public Accounting’s annual list of the 100 largest U.S. accounting firms for the third-straight year. Based on revenue, BKD posted $537.6 million in 2015, a 7 percent increase.

KPM CPAs PC ranked No. 204 with $15.2 million in 2015 revenue on Inside Public Accounting’s list of the Top 300 Firms. Its second year on the list, KPM ranked No. 216 in 2015.

Agriculture
White River Alpacas owner Stacy Heydt, of Marshfield, traveled to Washington, D.C., to speak, teach and judge the Fiber Art Competition during the Alpaca Owners Association National Conference and World Fleece Show. The AOA recognized Heydt as a catalyst for fiber education, and she was asked to join the inaugural North American Alpaca Fiber Council.

Health Care
Medical Consulting Group hired Chase Rabourn as digital marketing manager. A graduate of University of Missouri, he is certified in social media marketing for health care by the Mayo Clinic and Hootsuite.

Five Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation facilities received the Excellence in Action award from My InnerView by National Research Corp. They are Ash Grove Healthcare Facility; Butterfield Residential Care Center and Parkview Healthcare Facility in Bolivar; Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo; Community Springs Healthcare Facility in El Dorado Springs; and Lake Stockton Healthcare and Assisted Living in Stockton.

UnitedHealthcare recognized over 30 care providers in Missouri with the 2015 Path Excellence in Patient Service Award. The honorees represent over $2.6 million in quality of care bonus payments. Among the providers recognized were Advocates for a Health Community Inc., Cheryl G. Williams DO PC, Dennis E. Robinson PC, Fordland Clinic Inc., Horizon Medical PC, Osceola Family Medicine LLC and SGOH Acquisition Inc.

Insurance
PJC Insurance promoted Melissa Shelton to vice president of personal lines and Blake Wixson to vice president of commercial lines. A graduate of Arkansas State University, Shelton has worked for PJC 11 years. A graduate of Drury, Wixson has worked for PJC for five years.
