Interactive Dynamics wins chamber’s small-business award

Posted online
The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce today named Interactive Dynamics LLC as recipient of its annual Small Business Award.

The 23-employee company led by President Jody Chaffin received the award during a ceremony at the Ramada Plaza Hotel and Oasis Convention Center.

Interactive Dynamics beat finalists:
    •    Club Management Services LLC;
    •    Do Outdoors Inc., dba Lew’s Fishing Tackle;
    •    Q & Co. LLC; and
    •    Revel Advertising.

A subsidiary of Strafford-based American Products, Interactive Dynamics formed in June 2015 through the merger of The App Pros LLC, DustShield LLC and Phoenix Kiosk Inc. The company produces interactive kiosks, software and mobile apps, and plastics.

In 2014, The App Pros was a finalist for the chamber’s Small Business Award. Paragon Architecture Inc. won that year.

Finalists for the award are chosen by an independent panel of judges based on written applications comprising essays on company history, business or management philosophy, response to challenges, innovative products or services, and community contributions.
