Project description: On five acres fronting Interstate 44, east of U.S. Highway 65, Lift Truck Center is replacing its 733 N. Miller Ave. dealership. Selling and servicing Toyota utility vehicles and forklifts, the project includes a showroom, service and parts area, technician training room, and sales/executive offices, said Lacey Wurtz, Lift Truck Center’s sales administration and project coordinator. Parent company Murfin Inc. owns the land, according to Greene County assessor records. Lift Truck Center entered Springfield in September 2013 with the purchase of Southern Material Handling Co.’s Queen City location.
