Then: Vice president of community development and special events, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce
Now: Director of marketing and communications, JMark Business Solutions Inc.

The past three years, Chris Tuckness has used his experience in multiple industries to tackle the challenge of building information technology firm JMark’s marketing platform from the ground up.

“I’ve done marketing ever since I graduated from Drury (University),” he says. “Technology marketing is certainly one of the most challenging, but it’s also one of the most exciting because it’s never boring and never dull.”

After nine years at the chamber, Tuckness got into consulting work and helped the Make-A-Wish Foundation through a leadership transition.
