Wells Fargo CEO forfeits $41M

Wells Fargo CEO John Stumpf is forfeiting much of 2016 salary as the company launches a probe into its phony accounts scandal.

The forfeiture includes his bonus and $41 million in stock awards.

The company also announced Carrie Tolstedt, who headed the division that created the fake accounts, left the company ahead of her scheduled retirement by year's end.
