Trump's childhood home sells for large profit

Real estate investor Michael Davis in December bought President Donald Trump's childhood home for $1.4 million.

On March 23, he flipped the 2,500-square-foot home for $2.1 million, a nearly 54 percent profit. The new buyer was undisclosed.

The home is located in Jamaica Estates, a wealthy neighborhood in Queens.
