Parents of Hailey Owens settle wrongful death suit

The parents of Hailey Owens, the slain 10-year-old girl in 2014, settled a wrongful death lawsuit against Craig Wood.

The terms of the settlement with Wood, who's accused of kidnapping, raping and murdering Owens, were undisclosed. Her parents are Stacey Barfield and Markus Ryan Owens.

Wood has yet to face a trial.
