Mitsubishi resumes sales after latest cheating scandal

Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors Corp. plans to resume sales of eight vehicles tomorrow after its second cheating scandal this year.

The company admitted it falsified the mileage on 12 models, including the Pajero and Outlander SUV.

Since the latest scandal, the company's market valued has fallen. That led to Nissan buying a one-third stake for $2.2 billion.
