Missouri House passes abortion restrictions

The Missouri House of Representatives on Monday gave the green light to stricter abortion requirements.

With the 117-40 vote, the bill now moves to the Senate.

The bill would prohibit the donation of fetal tissue from an abortion to scientific research. It also would impose stricter standards for pathologists, requiring them to carefully record and track fetal tissue after an abortion.
