Kobe Bryant just started a venture capital fund

After retiring from a 20-year NBA career this April, Kobe Bryant isn’t waiting to answer, “What’s next?”
 
Bryant and entrepreneur Jeff Stibel opened the $100 million Bryant Stibel venture capital fund after about three years of investing in 15 different companies.
 
The fund isn’t Bryant’s first foray into business. The five-time NBA champion launched Kobe Inc. – a sports industry investment company that helped finance drink maker BodyArmor – in 2014.
