Hershey's to reduce global workforce by 15%

The maker of Hershey's Kisses and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups plans to cut 15 percent of its global workforce.

Hershey Co. had 16,300 full-time and 1,680 part-time employees as of Dec. 31.

The cuts will amount to around 2,700 people.
