Gmail to auto add events to Google Calendar

Google users rejoice – Gmail and Calendar are now buddies.

According to Mashable, whenever an email that contains flight, hotel, restaurant or any ticketed event information lands in your Gmail inbox, it will be automatically added to your Google Calendar, check-in times and flight numbers included. Furthermore, if you receive an email that changes an existing event, that event also will be automatically changed in Calendar.

Set to launch next week and roll out over multiple days, the feature will automatically be enabled on the mobile and desktop Calendar, but can be turned off.
