Consumer Reports picks worst cars of 2015

Posted online
Did you buy one of Consumer Reports' worst cars of 2015? The popular lifestyle rating magazine recently tested the 2015 models and the results are in.

The worst car on the list? The Chrysler 200. USA Today reports it's now dead last among its midsize car rankings. When it was introduced, the new 200 was considered a vast improvement over the one it replaced, but Consumer Reports felt the car had “klutzy” handling, among other issues.

Rounding out the bottom four were the Land Rover Discovery Sport, which was called ”lumbering”; the Lexus NX 200t/300h, which felt “cheap”; and the Kia Sedona, which had “vague” steering.

According to USA Today, the magazine buys all the cars it tests, as opposed to virtually all other publications and websites, which borrow them from automakers. The goal is to buy the same vehicle that any consumers would get on their own at a dealership.
