AB InBev to buy organic energy drink maker

Anheuser-Busch InBev agreed to purchase San Francisco-based organic energy drink maker Hiball Inc.

The terms of the deal expected to close in the third quarter were not released.

AB InBev plans to offer the company's Hiball Energy drink and Alta Palla sparkling juices and waters to its wholesalers.
