$1T free trade agreement goes into effect

A global trade agreement worth $1 trillion went into effect yesterday.

The Trade Facilitation Agreement affects all 164 members of the World Trade Organization, including the United States.

The agreement is designed to ease border delays and transit bottlenecks.
