Executive Data Control Inc.
Springfield printing and supply-chain management firm Executive Data Control Inc. on Sept. 1 purchased promotional products company Marketing Mix Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Jackson plans to stay on board for a trial period through the end of the year as business development manager. She was the lone employee at the time of the purchase. Deibel said the 15-year-old company would benefit from EDC’s inventory management, warehouse and fulfillment services, and information technology.
