Men of the Year honorees are chosen by an independent panel of judges. Nominees were asked to answer essay questions on their leadership skills in both the professional and civic arenas, as well as how they have influenced the success of others. This year’s judges were:
• Bart Brown, president and CEO of Ozarks Food Harvest;
• Tim Connell, president of Connell Insurance;
• Theresa Gilmore, executive director of Springfield’s Best;
• Judy Mills, president and CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Southwest Missouri; and
• David Taylor, vice president of regional services at CoxHealth.
