Uber pleads with users deleting the app

Uber is pleading with users who delete the app.

When some users went to delete it, they received an email saying the company is "deeply hurting" following a former engineer's allegations of systemic sexism at the company.

The emails were sent to users who referenced the allegations when filling out a form to delete their accounts.
