SunEdison CEO resigns

Ahmad Chatila, director and CEO of bankrupt Maryland Heights solar energy developer SunEdison Inc., resigned this week.

Chatila, 49, informed the company of his decision on June 16. His last day was Wednesday.

John Dubel was named CEO and also will keep his current role of chief restructuring officer.
