Co-owners and instructors Brad Aaron, Eric Decker and David Johnson opened Infinity Martial Arts LLC on April 1 at 1927 S. Glenstone Ave in Plaza Towers Center. Johnson said Infinity leases the 2,000-square-foot space from Plaza Towers Center LLC. Startup costs and lease terms were not disclosed. Johnson said 10 volunteer instructors teach classes for adults and children of all ages in kickboxing, jiujitsu, mixed martial arts and combat fitness. Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP moved May 1 to 2144 E. Republic Road, Ste. B300, in Farmers Park less than a year after the Kansas City-based law firm entered the Springfield market at 3259 E. Ridgeview St. Partners in Springfield are former Husch Blackwell LLP attorneys Charles Cowherd, Mike Nichols, Gary Powell, Jason Smith, Richard Walters and Shawn Whitney. Spokeswoman Emily Brown said Spencer Fane has a 10-year lease on the 12,350-square-foot space with Green Circle LLC. Terms and costs associated with the move were not disclosed. Brown said the Springfield office employs 14 attorneys and 12 staff members. Nationwide, Spencer Fane operates eight offices in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska. AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) opened a Branson store June 23 at 802 Branson Hills Parkway. Area Retail Sales Manager Larry Thrap said the company leases the 4,500-square-foot space from Panda Restaurant Group Inc. for undisclosed terms. Thrap estimated startup costs at $500,000 for the first-in-market “full experience” store, divided into zones with digital signage and interactive video monitors explaining how to use devices, accessories and apps.
