Netflix offers employees unlimited parental leave

Netflix employees can now take unlimited paid parental leave, the company announced yesterday.

Applying to the first year after a child is born or adopted, the policy extends to male or female parents, according to CNNMoney.

"Netflix's continued success hinges on us competing for and keeping the most talented individuals in their field. Experience shows people perform better at work when they're not worrying about home," said Netflix chief talent officer Tawni Cranz in a blog post announcing the change.
