Jared Fogle's ex-wife sues Subway

Jared Fogle's ex-wife filed suit against Subway alleging the international sandwich franchise company knew about his sexual interest in children but failed to act.

Kathleen McLaughlin's suit claims Subway ignored at least three complaints against Fogle and continued to promote him as a family man. The suit alleges even after receiving complaints, Subway had Fogle speak with children as part of the company's educational initiatives.

McLaughlin claims in the suit she did not know about Fogle's child exploitation, and that she never would have married him had Subway reported allegations against Fogle to the authorities.

Fogle is serving nearly 16 years in federal prison for child pornography convictions.
