: Maples Health and Rehabilitation Administrator John Miller said the skilled nursing center would be moving out of its 1115 E. Primrose St. site, which is owned by CoxHealth. He said the new 100-bed facility would have 35 fewer beds but would offer more room for patients and outpatient therapy services. The center’s planned features include 14-foot wide hallways, cathedral ceilings, and walls and floors by Marionville-based Alpine Wood Products Co. Combined with Christian Health Care, northwest Arkansas resident Kilgore operates 14 skilled nursing centers in Missouri and Arkansas, six of which are in the Springfield area, Miller said.
