Project description: Arvest Marketing Officer Michael Gandy said the branch is being built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Silver standards with similar energy-saving elements – such as dual-flushing toilets – to those used at Arvest’s National Avenue and Chestnut Expressway location. Arvest’s 11 employees at its Bradford Parkway office – including Branch Manager Mindy Bransfield – plan to move to the Fremont Avenue branch, Gandy said. Arvest recently opened a fourth Springfield location, its eighth in the region, at 3184 E. Sunshine St.
