Developers plan $68.5M office tower in Clayton

Jared Novelly, son of Apex Oil Chairman Tony Novelly, and Apogee Associates are planning a $68.5 million office tower in Clayton.

If approved by the city, the development would require the demolition of an existing unoccupied two-story retail building.

The developers would replace it with a 233,226-square-foot office facility.
