CMH to join CoxHealth

Citizens Memorial Hospital and the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation signed a letter of intent to eventually become part of CoxHealth.

The deal is expected to close in mid-2017.

Under the partnership, CMH would retain its board, current employees, management and medical staff.
