Ozarks Food Harvest and Panera Bread are partnering for Empty Bowls 2016, an event offering a bowl handcrafted by a local artist — and a meal of soup and bread — in exchange for cash donations. In 2015, 50 area artists donated nearly 275 bowls for the event to provide $5,100 in donations. The empty bowls serve as a reminder of those struggling with hunger in southwest Missouri. All the money raised from this year’s event will support children, families and seniors in need. Join us for the third annual Empty Bowls!
